Calm down, and do your best

先日、アーユルヴェーダ初級講座を修了し、試験勉強が始まっています。
実践の多いアーユルヴェーダですが、セルフケア・アドヴァイザーとしての認定を受けるには覚えることもたくさんです。

9月の展示会の準備やピラティスの仕事のこともあり、なかなか頭がうまく機能しない日々で、我ながら苦笑してしまいますが、先日行った気持ちのいいカフェなどを思い出してクールダウン。


I've finished Ayurveda course the other day, and my study for the exam has been started.
To learn Ayurveda, practicality is the key, but to be qualified as a self-care adviser, I need a lot to learn by heart.

I still have many things to do for the exhibition in September, and my regular Pilates jobs are going on. So my brain doesn't function properly every now and then. I just laugh at my own situation which I had it coming.
I remember a nice and cool cafe I went the other day to calm my mind down.
