やっと時間を作れたのがバレンタイン・デー前。
仕事先やピラティスの先生に感謝の意味を込めてブラウニーと、岩塩をトッピングしたチョコレートマフィンを焼きました。（こちらはバタバタしていたので、写真無し。）
それで火が付いたのか、先日は２種類のクッキーと、お誕生日ケーキを焼く機会がありました。
何かを一から作ることってとても楽しいです。
そしてそれに対して笑顔が返って来ることは最高です。

I've baked sweets in the first month of the year for the last few years, but this year somehow I was incredibly busy and couldn't bake anything.
I could only make time for it just before St. Valentine's Day.
I baked brownies and chocolate muffins with rock salt toppings for my colleagues and my Pilates teacher as thank you. (I was too busy to take photos of them.)
That probably encouraged me and I baked two kinds of cookies and a birthday cake.
I enjoy making something from scratch.
And the best thing is that I get smiling faces in return.
